Peddler was a derelict in the USA World Premiere Movie "Nightmare on the 13th Floor". Played by American actor Michael Melvin, Peddler finds a pair of boots, threatens Elaine Kalisher for rummaging through his home, and, thinking he is going to receive a "decent meal", winds up dying on the Wessex Hotel's 13th Floor.

Taking the name for his love to sell or trade, Peddler does so, mostly for a drink. He will do anything to find items for sale or trade, even rummage through dumpsters and hotel incinerators. He salvages any item he thinks possesses a value, and stores them in the abandoned, graffitied-up underpass he calls his home.
